Lyle Creek Technology Park #2

The Lyle Creek Technology Park Site #2 is a 157.2-acre subdividable site.  All utilities are to the site and a Phase I has been completed.  Duke Energy 100kV dual circuit and 44kv Single circuit lines are adjacent to the site with a 100/12.5 kV substation within 1.5 miles.  A 12" water line is adjacent to the site with a current excess capacity of 1.3 mgd and a 24" sewer line is adjacent to the site with a current excess capacity of 1.5 mgd.  Natural gas and fiber are also adjacent to the site.  The site is conveniently located less than 0.5 miles from I-40 and 45 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
